Job Purpose

This position is responsible for complex creative strategies that drive acquisition, retention and go-to-market of new products or capabilities and support the long-term and short-term business objectives of the organization. This role is also responsible for managing, leading, and developing the team of creative professionals (in-house and externally) on the creative services team. This role is a main collaborator in high level partnerships across the organization to leverage external agencies, content management, and media systems and technology platforms, to meet creative and media objectives, and optimize acquisition and retention strategies across the TruStage B2B2C business. This role requires a tactical leader on the creative and marketing teams to include strategic planning, segmentation, and positioning. This role works across multiple channels to develop strategic creative and achieve business results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Team leadership: lead, mentor and inspire a team of creative experts by fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Talent development: identify and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge within creative team. This includes development of leadership skills of self and team.
  • Creative strategy: lead creative strategic planning for tier 1 projects to ensure success in effectively meeting brand, creative, business, and marketing goals.
  • Creative strategy: participate in annual/quarterly planning sessions for B2B2C teams and represent creative services team to ensure alignment on capacity, validate strategic direction, and confirm that initiatives support overall business goals.
  • Creative development: Write creative briefs, assign, and lead creative development for tier 1 projects, (tier 2 as needed). Lead creative team in developing and implementing unique, creative and innovative creative concepts, campaigns, and design strategies for video projects.
  • Design oversight: Provide guidance and feedback on all relevant projects, ensuring high-quality execution that aligns with brand and audience standards.
  • Creative reviews: conduct regular creative reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards for brand and audience.
  • Cross functional collaboration: partner with media, CX, product, compliance, and other departments to ensure alignment on creative initiatives and campaign objectives.
  • Research: participate in customer and competitive research and analysis projects, applying insight to creative strategy.
  • Efficiency enhancements: identify opportunities to streamline creative execution and enhance productivity.
  • Brand campaign concepting: Lead Brand campaign concepting and development to ensure enterprise goals are met while elevating brand relevance and recognition..
  • Creative best practices ownership : Establish, evolve, and drive adoption of creative strategy and concepting best practices across teams and Senior Creative Managers.
  • Marketing culture enablement: Manage marketing newsletter and related communications in support of culture initiatives across the marketing organization.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related creative field (e.g., creative direction, art, or copy) or equivalent work experience.
  • 8-10 years of experience in creative leadership role, with at least 5 years managing a creative team.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creators.
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in collaborating with external agencies and internal teams to ensure cohesive and effective creative outputs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple large-scale projects at once.
  • Ability to develop and execute creative strategies that align with overall brand and marketing goals.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.

Base Salary Range

$121,500.00 - $182,300.00
