About Greenhouse Partners
Greenhouse Partners is a boutique brand strategy and advertising agency in Boulder, focused on the growth of brands and people. We work with high-profile local and national clients, early-stage growth companies, and leading small to mid-size brands across consumer packaged goods, real estate, higher education, financial services, transportation, and more.
Our culture is inspiring, entrepreneurial, and collaborative, driven by smart, strategic, creative people who care about doing amazing work.
Greenhouse Studios is our in-house content studio — studios.greenhousepartners.com – where brand strategy becomes video, editorial, and social content. We’ve spent the last several years building a production practice that uses modern tools, including generative AI, selectively and with craft. Now we’re growing the team to keep pushing what’s possible.
The Role
We’re hiring a Video Editor to join our team onsite in Boulder. This is a craft-first role for an editor with 1–3 years of experience who wants to grow fast in a small, high-performance studio.
We work on everything from brand films and documentary-style content — for clients ranging from Fortune 500s to startups — all the way to short-form and social video that drives engagement across platforms. Multiple industries. The same dedication to storytelling and craft.
You’ll work across that full range. On short-form, you’ll often own a piece end to end: taking initial direction, shaping what the video should be, sourcing or shooting the assets, cutting it to perform on social, and iterating fast with the team. On mid-length digital and brand work, you’ll turn interview and unscripted footage into a structured, compelling story. On bigger feature projects, you’ll play a key supporting role and help keep our productions organized and moving.
What You'll Do
- Own short-form video end to end: scripting, sourcing or shooting assets, editing, and rapid iteration
- Cut mid-length brand and digital videos that turn interviews and unscripted footage into real stories
- Support feature projects like brand films and documentary content, including organizing footage and assets
- Assist on shoots as a valued part of the production team (shooting experience is a plus)
- Contribute to AI-enabled production — video generation, voice synthesis, hybrid edits — and help track what’s worth adopting
- Keep color, audio, graphics, and delivery specs dialed in across every project
- Bring energy, accountability, and curiosity every day
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of professional video editing experience and a portfolio that shows range
- Strong storytelling instincts — you can find the story in a pile of footage, scripted or not
- A self-starter who can take a piece from concept to final cut, not just execute a brief
- Hands-on, demonstrated experience using AI video tools, not just curiosity about them
- A deep feel for what makes short-form social video perform
- Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and comfortable across the broader creative tool stack
- Comfortable on set, or eager to learn
- Organized, collaborative, and driven to grow in a fast-moving studio
Compensation & Benefits
$50,000 to $60,000 per year, plus medical, dental, and vision coverage, work-from-anywhere time, paid time off, paid holidays, 401(k), performance awards, company events, and office amenities.
