As an Account Manager at StradIT, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, responsible for managing and nurturing long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to understand client needs, develop strategic account plans, and deliver tailored solutions that align with their objectives.

Your role will involve proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, managing contract renewals, and addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively. You will also track account performance metrics and provide regular updates to both clients and management.

Success in this role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar client-facing role, preferably in IT services or technology sectors.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and deliver solutions that add value.

Experience with sales processes, contract negotiation, and account planning.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.

Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
