Schedule

• Workdays: Wednesday & Sunday
• Start Time: 8:00 PM
• Route: Chino, CA ? Phoenix, AZ ? Return (empty)
• Layover: 1 day in Phoenix
• Job Description
• Deliver medical supplies (PPE, masks, gloves, covers, non-regulated chemicals, etc.) to hospitals
• Maintain proper temperature control for sensitive freight
• Complete 6–7 stops per route
• Average 10+ hour shifts
• Assist with manual pallet jack and handle freight as needed (touch freight required)
• Obtain signatures and manage Bills of Lading
• Check in with hospital receiving departments at each stop
• Maintain accurate driving logs (GeoTab familiarity preferred)

Equipment

• Sleeper truck (diesel)
• 48’ reefer trailer
• Manual pallet jack

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 12 months experience driving tractor trailers
• Hazmat endorsement required
• Ability to pass road test, drug screen, and background check
• MVR verified through 3rd party
• Familiarity with electronic logging systems (GeoTab preferred)

Wage Range: 28.00 - 28.00 per hour

General Description of Benefits: Elite Forces is seeking a reliable and experienced Regional Class A Driver to deliver medical supplies to hospitals. This is a part-time position with consistent weekly routes and a dedicated schedule. Drivers will operate a sleeper truck and complete deliveries in the Phoenix, AZ metro area with a one-day layover.
