We are seeking a Culture Programs Coordinator to support employee engagement, internal communications, recognition programs, events, and culture initiatives across the company.
This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, creative, self-motivated, and enjoys cultivating positive employee experiences. The position partners with multiple departments and helps support employees across Falcon’s service area.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate employee engagement and recognition programs
- Assist with company events and wellness initiatives
- Create and publish content for internal communications and social media
- Manage company apparel, branded items, and uniform programs
- Support employee surveys, reporting, and engagement activities
- Partner with HR, Operations, Marketing, and Talent Acquisition on special projects
- Build relationships with employees and support culture initiatives across multiple locations

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Coachable, curious, and eager to learn
- Experience with content creation, communications, events, HR, or marketing a plus
- Ability to travel to regional Falcon stations as needed
