The Remote Operations Specialists primary focus is retrieving, reviewing, and preparing credit union member data utilizing multiple tools and quality control processes, including uploading the files for mass email deployment on a daily basis.

We are looking for candidates with strong attention to detail, self-discipline, a strong work ethic and someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. While this position is remote, the workday is full, and the pace is constant. There is a high volume of tasks to be completed within the 8 hour shift.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for quickly and accurately conducting the survey send process

Participate in QA process by auditing data from other Operations Service Specialists to ensure accuracy.

Facilitate response rate collection and reporting for all clients, uploading to the company system.

Assist in maintaining client employee data.

Support for Member Shoppers program operations as needed.

Answer questions from Help desk emails as needed.

Protect client data and maintain confidentiality.

Maintain log of hours worked by client.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Strong computer skills with extensive work experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required.

Valid drivers license required.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Highschool degree or equivalent.
