Role Description & Qualifications

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Lubbock, TX.

  • Oversee all phases of custom home construction from start to finish.
  • Develop and implement construction processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Review plans, specifications, and change orders.
  • Identify risks, resolve escalated issues, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with ownership, design, and sales teams on project strategy.
  • Oversee safety programs and regulatory compliance across all job sites.
  • Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors.
  • Must have valid driver's license.
