Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead our warehouse and logistics operations.

Position Summary

The Warehouse & Logistics Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics coordination, tool and equipment accountability, rental equipment management, and warehouse team development.

This position requires a leader who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will actively engage in daily warehouse operations while continuously evaluating processes, implementing improvements, and developing scalable systems that support the company's long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Lead daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, staging, order fulfillment, and deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Improve warehouse workflows, organization, and operational efficiency.

Inventory Management

• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and system controls.
• Oversee receiving, labeling, storage, and distribution of materials.
• Minimize inventory discrepancies, loss, and damage.

Logistics & Delivery Coordination

• Coordinate material and equipment deliveries to support project schedules.
• Resolve logistics issues quickly and effectively.
• Improve delivery processes and overall reliability.

Rental Equipment, Tools & Fleet

• Manage equipment rentals, utilization, tracking, and returns.
• Maintain accountability for company tools and equipment.
• Coordinate equipment operators and support operational readiness.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse personnel and equipment operators.
• Establish clear expectations and accountability for performance.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Track key performance metrics including inventory accuracy, delivery performance, and productivity.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements that support company growth and efficiency.
