Your activities

  • Sales Strategy & Performance Management
  • Develops and executes the annual sales plan for each assigned EPC account based on project portfolios, timelines, and revenue
  • potential.
  • Meets or exceeds annual sales objectives and key performance indicators established by the Manager of Project Business.
  • Operates in compliance with company policies and within approved budget guidelines.
  • Opportunity Identification & Pipeline Management
  • Identifies, qualifies, tracks, and prioritizes EPC capital projects in accordance with WIKA’s target project criteria.
  • Plans, manages, and forecasts the EPC sales pipeline.
  • Maintains complete and accurate project opportunity records in CRM, Microsoft Teams, and other required systems.
  • Project Pursuit & Go‑to‑Market Execution
  • Develops and implements project-specific go‑to‑market strategies to maximize WIKA’s inclusion in instrument RFQ packages, both
  • directly and through channel partners.
  • Assembles, leads, and coordinates project pursuit teams using internal sales resources and external channel partners.
  • Engages licensors, end users, EPCs, instrumentation suppliers, and OEMs to secure WIKA product approval and placement on
  • Approved Vendor Lists.
  • Technical, Proposal, and Pricing Enablement
  • Collaborates with engineering, operations, and inside sales to define and deliver technically compliant, value-added solutions
  • aligned with project requirements.
  • Provides technical, commercial, and pricing direction to proposal teams throughout proposal development.
  • Reviews and approves critical project proposals prior to submission to ensure technical accuracy and commercial competitiveness.
  • Develops and delivers professional company, product, and project proposal presentations to EPC customers and stakeholders.
  • Commercial Negotiation & Contract Support
  • Leads commercial negotiations for assigned EPC projects.
  • Supports the Contracts Manager and proposal teams in reviewing and negotiating EPC NDAs, terms and conditions, and
  • contractual documentation required to close sales.
  • Project Execution & Customer Support
  • Participates in project kickoff meetings and ongoing project review calls as required.
  • Provides continuous commercial support to project management teams throughout project execution to ensure EPC customer
  • satisfaction.
  • Acts as the liaison between WIKA Accounts Receivable and EPC customers to support invoicing, collections, and project closeout.
  • Market Intelligence & Industry Engagement
  • Collects, analyzes, and shares customer and market intelligence, including pricing trends, competitive activity, service expectations,
  • and customer satisfaction insights.
  • Represents WIKA at national, regional, and local trade shows and industry conferences as required.
  • Global Coordination & Reporting
  • Provides regular, structured updates to the WIKA Global Project Business team regarding EPC accounts, project status, pipeline
  • activity, and market conditions.
  • Supports the development and execution of multi-subsidiary strategies for domestic and international EPC project acquisition.
  • Administrative & Reporting Responsibilities
  • Submits accurate and timely monthly sales reports, travel schedules, and expense reports.
  • Performs additional related duties as assigned to support business objectives.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or seven (7) or more years of equivalent relevant work experience required.
  • Demonstrated understanding of capital projects in the Oil and Gas and/or Power Generation industries; experience with Data
  • Centers is a plus.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in outside sales delivering complex, long-cycle technical solutions to EPC companies.
  • Recent experience selling to EPC companies within the United States market.Experience with instrumentation and controls in
  • process industries preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project proposal development, including technical and commercial groundwork.
  • Knowledge of reviewing and negotiating project terms and conditions is a plus.
  • Self-motivated professional with the ability to take initiative and motivate others.
  • Proven strategic thinker with strong business development and account growth capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, team building, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, CRM systems, Microsoft Teams, and Adobe products
