As we grow, we're looking for a Director of Capital Raising & Investor Relations to lead our fundraising and build investor confidence.

Role Overview

The Director of Capital Raising & Investor Relations will lead Bulbul’s fundraising efforts, investor engagement, and capital strategy. This role is pivotal to our next stage of growth, from securing institutional funding to cultivating long-term investor relationships. You will partner closely with the CEO, CTO, and executive leadership to shape the company’s financial future and ensure we are positioned for scale.

Key Responsibilities

Capital Raising

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies across venture capital, family offices, strategic investors, and institutional partners.
• Manage the entire fundraising process, including investor outreach, negotiations, and closing.
• Create compelling pitch materials, investor decks, financial models, and growth narratives.

Investor Relations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective investors.
• Act as the primary point of contact for investor communications, updates, and reporting.
• Organise investor meetings, quarterly updates, and thought-leadership sessions.

Strategy & Finance

• Collaborate with leadership to refine capital allocation strategies and growth forecasts.
• Provide insights on market trends, valuations, and competitor fundraising activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and regulatory requirements throughout the fundraising process.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience in capital raising, corporate finance, private equity, venture capital, or investment banking.
• Strong track record of closing funding rounds.
• Deep network of investors across VC, institutional, and strategic ecosystems.
• Exceptional financial modelling, valuation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
