Hiring: HR Generalist / HR Representative III
Location: Fargo, ND
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking an HR Generalist to support a manufacturing environment by partnering with managers and employees across a variety of Human Resources functions. This role will be responsible for supporting recruitment, employee relations, training, compensation and benefits administration, organizational development, payroll activities, and HR compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and administer compensation, benefits, recruitment, training, and payroll processes
Partner with managers to identify HR challenges and provide effective solutions
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and HR policies
Assist with developing and delivering HR-related training programs
Counsel employees regarding career development and HR-related inquiries
Support organizational development initiatives and employee engagement activities
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Up to 2 years of HR experience required
In lieu of a degree, 4 years of related HR experience will be considered
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
