Studio + Procurement Manager

Sandra Fox Interiors is seeking a full-time Studio + Procurement Manager to support the Principal and design team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and personable, with a genuine interest in interior design and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a similar role
  • Interest in and basic knowledge of interior design
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Studio Designer, Canva, and Asana
  • Excellent judgment, discretion, integrity, and adaptability
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and manage competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, trades, and vendors
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
  • Flexibility to handle a wide range of responsibilities in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities - Office Management & Operations

  • Maintain an organized, welcoming office environment
  • Serve as the first point of contact for phone and email inquiries, ensuring smooth, courteous communication with clients and vendors
  • Provide administrative support to the Principal, including scheduling personal appointments and occasional errands
  • Manage calendars: client + vendor presentations, internal meetings, team outings + charity days, design community events
  • Coordinate CRM - customer relationship management, communication, gifts, etc
  • Manage mailing lists, order office supplies, prepare materials for client presentations, and handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain and organize the sample library and accessory inventory
  • Help coordinate and attend installations, photoshoots, and related vendor logistics
  • Oversee office technology systems, including IT support, printers, and related office equipment

Responsibilities - Procurement Support

  • Help create and request quotes for FF&E across hundreds of vendors, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation
  • Issue and track purchase orders from order placement through receiving, inspection, and delivery to the warehouse or job site
  • Coordinate with vendors and freight companies to manage lead times, shipping schedules, and installation timing
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across item and contact databases, ensuring information is organized and accessible to the team
  • Flag and help resolve issues with damaged, delayed, or incorrect shipments in coordination with the design team

Job Details

  • Full-time, hybrid schedule based out of the Santa Monica office (90402)
  • Must be based in Los Angeles and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car are required for travel within Greater Southern California
  • Flexible schedule required to accommodate installations and travel
  • MacBook + additional screen provided for office and remote use
  • Compensation: $70,000–$100,000, commensurate with experience, plus discretionary performance bonus
