Senior Manager, Community Outreach & Engagement

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and strengthen partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and advocacy groups
• Execute community outreach and engagement strategies that expand awareness and participation
• Manage engagement programs, vendor relationships, budgets, and operational activities
• Support planning and execution of patient-focused events, including a national summit
• Analyze program performance and recommend improvements based on engagement data
• Collaborate with marketing to develop patient and community-facing educational materials
• Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and community events nationwide

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in a health, communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of project management and partnership development experience
• Experience working directly with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, or community organizations
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for advancing patient engagement, health equity, and community impact
