What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and strengthen partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and advocacy groups
- Execute community outreach and engagement strategies that expand awareness and participation
- Manage engagement programs, vendor relationships, budgets, and operational activities
- Support planning and execution of patient-focused events, including a national summit
- Analyze program performance and recommend improvements based on engagement data
- Collaborate with marketing to develop patient and community-facing educational materials
- Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and community events nationwide
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in a health, communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of project management and partnership development experience
- Experience working directly with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, or community organizations
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for advancing patient engagement, health equity, and community impact
