Common Job Duties

  • Customer Service to include answering phones, responding to customer emails/inquiries, providing office coverage
  • Data entry and management
  • Correspondence to departmental leaders
  • Provide strong attention to detail while managing the office accounts and records, including general administrative, financial, student, and human resources activities
  • Scheduling meetings and compiling agendas
  • Other related administrative duties as assigned

Preferred Experience

A bachelor’s degree
