Sales Development Representative - Healthcare Digital Marketing

The Role

We are hiring an entry-level Sales Development Representative. This role is ideal for someone outgoing, coachable, and persistent who enjoys talking to people, can handle rejection, and is willing to make a high volume of outbound calls to set appointments with healthcare providers. The right person will learn our sales process, qualify prospects, conduct initial discovery conversations, and sell an introductory marketing service to new clients.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new leads and build relationships with healthcare clients
• Conduct meetings and sales presentations
• Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals
• Collaborate closely with our project and marketing teams for client onboarding
• Track sales activities and achieve monthly targets

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Confident engaging with clinic owners and healthcare professionals
• Goal-oriented, persuasive, and professional demeanor
