Work is fragmented across emails, meetings, decks, documents, spreadsheets, notes, data rooms, messaging, and institutional memory that disappears over time. Originalis brings intelligence, workflow, memory, and networks into one system purpose built for how investors actually work.
Built from decades inside venture capital and private markets, Originalis is being shaped alongside many of the firms and allocators defining the future of private capital. The product is live and the market pull is real. The next phase is building the machine that scales it.
We are hiring a GTM Architect to build that machine.
This Is Not A Traditional Sales Role
This is a sales role, and it is also much more than a sales role. We are looking for a commercial builder. Someone who wants to design the operating system for private capital and build the commercial machine that scales it.
You will work directly with our co-founder and CEO, Vic Singh, and own the commercial motion across both Ori — the harness for private capital — and the Originalis platform for private capital institutions. You will transform founder-led momentum into a disciplined and repeatable business. You will sell. You will run complex sales cycles. You will own pipeline discipline and build the commercial engine.
You will also influence positioning, pricing, onboarding, customer success, partnerships, and product. You will partner deeply with engineering and product to ensure customer signal continuously shapes the roadmap. We think of great GTM not as a function, but as a system. We are looking for someone excited by the challenge of architecting that system from the ground up.
What You Will Do
- Architect and run the GTM motion across Ori and Originalis
- Build the ladder from bottoms up adoption to enterprise expansion
- Lead complex sales cycles with venture firms, LPs, and private capital institutions
- Own pipeline, forecasting, follow-up, deal progression and close
- Build onboarding and customer success motions that make Originalis indispensable
- Work directly with the founders on positioning, pricing, packaging, partnerships, and expansion
- Partner deeply with product and engineering to ensure customer signal shapes the roadmap
- Recruit and build the future commercial organization

You Likely Have
- 5+ years across GTM, company building, enterprise sales, and commercialization in high-growth technology startups
- Experience with both bottoms up adoption and enterprise sales
- Experience evolving founder led sales into a repeatable GTM motion
- Experience working closely with founders during periods of rapid growth

- A founder who built and sold a product
- An early commercial leader at an AI-native company
- A VC who became an operator
- A product-minded commercial builder
- Someone whose career does not fit neatly into conventional categories
