Responsibilities

  • Support daily operational tasks to ensure efficient business processes and workflow.
  • Coordinate communication between recruiters, clients, and candidates to facilitate seamless interactions.
  • Assist in the management and updating of candidate and client databases to maintain data accuracy.
  • Help streamline onboarding procedures for new hires and contractors.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Generate and analyze reports related to recruiting activities and operational metrics.
  • Manage scheduling and logistics for interviews, meetings, and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS or CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
