The Employee Health Services team at Kapi‘olani coordinates and implements programs and activities that protect, promote and advocate for the health and safety of our staff. These include medical surveillance programs, immunization/infectious disease screening and health education/counseling. The Employee Health Services team also participates on committees and projects relevant to employee health, staff safety, infection control and environmental health and safety.
As the Coordinator for Employee Health, you will act as a liaison between employee health customers and the professional staff by facilitating clerical and reception responsibilities and assisting in administrative tasks. You will work with multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

Other Information
Minimum Qualifications: High school or equivalent. Basic computer skills. One (1) year of customer service or clerical support.
Preferred Qualifications: Associate’s degree. Basic Medical Terminology. One (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting or related experience. Proficient in Excel, Word, and/or other computer applications.
