Service Manager to lead one of our service operations and help us continue delivering the outstanding experience our customers have come to expect for over a century.

What You'll Do
Lead the Service Department
- Direct and oversee the daily operations of a busy automotive service department
- Drive productivity, efficiency, and profitability
- Develop and mentor service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Foster a positive, high-performing, and team-oriented culture
Deliver Results
- Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and key performance metrics
- Improve technician productivity and shop efficiency
- Maintain strong gross profit and expense controls
- Oversee warranty administration, rental operations, and special programs
- Develop service marketing and pricing strategies to grow the business
- Create Exceptional Customer Experiences
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention levels
- Build strong relationships with customers, employees, and manufacturer partners
- Ensure repairs meet dealership and manufacturer quality standards
Develop Your Team
- Recruit, train, coach, and recognize employees
- Implement technician and employee development programs
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support career growth
- Create an environment where employees can succeed and thrive
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of automotive management experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Deep understanding of automotive service operations
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning
- Ability to analyze financial statements and performance metrics
- Experience with CDK, PBS, ADP, or similar dealership management systems
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
