Now Hiring: GRC Analyst (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite) – Lakewood, CO
Rate: $55–65/hr (conversion: $120–130K)
Type: 6-month contract to hire
We’re looking for a GRC Analyst to support enterprise security governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives. This role partners with global teams to strengthen security posture, support audits, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support risk assessments, audits, and remediation tracking
- Assist with policy development aligned to frameworks like ISO 27001 & NIS2
- Maintain compliance evidence and support certification efforts
- Conduct third-party/vendor risk assessments
- Contribute to security awareness programs and reporting (KPIs/KRIs)
- Monitor cybersecurity regulatory changes and support gap assessments
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in GRC, security, or IT audit
- Experience with ISO 27001, NIS2/NIST2/NIST, and risk frameworks
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with GRC tools (Archer, OneTrust, etc.)
- CISSP or similar certification
- FDA or regulated industry experience
