Electrical Project Manager

Enginova is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of commercial, laboratory, manufacturing, and hospitality projects across California and beyond.

This is a true consulting engineering leadership role—not just coordination. You will own projects, serve as the primary client contact, and directly influence project outcomes, client relationships, and firm growth.

What You’ll Do

• Own electrical projects from proposal through construction closeout
• Serve as the primary client advisor and point of contact
• Lead scope, schedule, budget, and project execution
• Oversee electrical design quality, calculations, and documentation
• Coordinate directly with architects, contractors, and owners
• Conduct site visits and lead project meetings
• Mentor designers and junior staff members
• Support client development and long-term relationship growth

Qualifications

• 7+ years of consulting electrical engineering and project management experience
• Strong knowledge of California Electrical, Building, Energy, and Fire Codes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Proven ability to manage multiple active projects and client relationships
• Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering
• PE license or EIT certification
• Experience with commercial, laboratory, manufacturing, or hospitality projects
• Familiarity with energy modeling tools (EnergyPro, eQuest, HAP)
• Experience supporting client development or proposals
