We’re looking for a Creative Content Designer to join our creative team and help develop engaging content and digital experiences for clients across a wide range of industries. In this role, you’ll combine design, writing, and digital production skills to create compelling content across social media, digital advertising, websites, email marketing, and other marketing channels.
The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with strong visual design skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to write concise, effective copy. You’ll work closely with the V.P. of Creative Strategy, Associate Creative Director, project manager, account executives, designers, copywriters, digital specialists, and multimedia team members to develop content that helps clients achieve their goals. Responsibilities include graphic design, social media content creation, digital advertising development, copywriting, HTML5 ad production, and ensuring brand consistency across a variety of platforms and campaigns.
This position must work in our Bismarck, ND, office. (And yes, we still have free snacks. The good kind. The kind that somehow disappear immediately after someone says, “I’m trying to eat healthier.”)

Responsibilities
- Design engaging visual content for social media, digital advertising, websites, email marketing, presentations, and other marketing channels.
- Create static and animated digital assets that align with client brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Write compelling social media copy, digital ad copy, headlines, calls-to-action, and other short-form marketing content.
- Design and build HTML5 display advertisements for programmatic, display, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Adapt and optimize creative assets for multiple platforms, screen sizes, and digital specifications.
- Collaborate with account executives, strategists, designers, copywriters, and digital specialists to develop integrated campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and content initiatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual and written communications.
- Prepare production-ready files and digital assets according to platform requirements and best practices.
- Review creative work for quality, accuracy, functionality, and adherence to brand standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and production schedules.
- Stay current on design trends, social media best practices, digital advertising innovations, and emerging technologies.
- Assist with website content updates and digital marketing asset creation.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, content creation, advertising, or a related creative role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, digital advertising, social media content, copywriting, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Canva.
- Experience designing content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences, brands, and platforms.
- Experience developing HTML5 display ads and understanding digital advertising specifications and best practices.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and digital production workflows.
- Understanding of digital marketing, user experience, and online advertising principles.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, high-quality work.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Agency experience a plus.
