Multimedia Specialist
Job Overview
Are you the type of person who sees a great shot before anyone else does? Do you get excited about capturing compelling video and photography, crafting motion graphics, and transforming raw footage into polished, engaging content? Can you spend the morning flying a drone, the afternoon editing a commercial, and the evening fine-tuning audio mixes without missing a beat? Do you want to work in a fun office with cool people and projects that take you all over the region? If so, then we have the perfect opportunity for you.
We’re looking for a Multimedia Specialist to join our creative team and help produce high-quality visual and audio content for clients across a wide range of industries. In this role, you’ll be involved in every stage of the production process—from planning and capturing content in the field to editing, animating, mixing, and delivering final assets across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate is an experienced visual storyteller with strong technical skills and a passion for creating engaging content. You’ll work closely with the V.P. of Creative Strategy, Associate Creative Director, project manager, account executives, designers, writers, photographers, videographers, and production partners to bring campaigns to life. Responsibilities include video and photography production, post-production editing, motion graphics and animation design, audio recording and mixing, color correction, drone operation, and managing digital media assets throughout the production lifecycle.
This position must work in our Bismarck, ND, office. (And yes, we still have free snacks. The good kind. The kind that somehow tastes even better after a 12-hour shoot day.)
