Role Overview
This is a full-time Personal Lines Inside Sales Agent with hybrid flexibility. As a Personal Lines Sales Agent, you will consult with individuals and families on Auto, Homeowners, Condo, and Personal Umbrella insurance policies. Depending on the client's specific needs, you may also consult on Renters, Landlord, Motorcycle, Boat, and Vacant Dwelling policies. Your key responsibilities may include:
- Converting incoming leads, referrals, online quote requests, and warm opportunities into new business
- Building relationships and guiding customers through coverage options
- Following up consistently and professionally with prospects
- Utilizing the agency's CRM and automation tools to manage opportunities efficiently
- Learning proven sales processes that improve close ratios and long-term retention
- Working independently while receiving coaching and support from leadership
Requirements
- Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proper phone etiquette and professional email correspondence.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
- Professional, positive, and coachable attitude
- Spanish-speaking is a plus, not required
