Summer School Nurse

School RN - Full Time - $35+ an hour!

WorkFit Medical Staffing is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Nurse to support student health and wellness within the school environment. In this position, you will provide nursing care to students, manage health records, administer medications, and respond effectively to health emergencies. You will play a vital role in promoting a safe and healthy learning environment for children and staff.

This role is full time, running from 7/6 - 8/14 from 8am to Noon Monday through Friday. Perfect for nurses who want to balance professional responsibilities with personal life.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
• Experience in pediatric or school nursing preferred.
• Strong assessment and clinical skills tailored towards children and adolescents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle emergencies calmly.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
