Junior Graphic Designer

We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with strong taste, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine passion for creating. This role is for a creative who views design as a craft and has experience in Fashion / Beauty. The ideal candidate understands that every email, graphic, image, and piece of content contributes to a larger story and a larger brand.

You'll join our creative team helping bring campaigns, content, and ideas to life across multiple digital channels. The scope ranges from email design and social media content to photo editing, campaign assets, and supporting creative projects.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, follows through on commitments, and takes pride in the quality of their work. Just as important, we're looking for someone who wants to continue growing professionally and evolve alongside the company over time.

Responsibilities

• Design email campaigns and marketing assets
• Create content for social media platforms
• Edit and retouch photography
• Support collection launches and brand campaigns
• Create graphics and visual assets across digital channels
• Organize creative files and maintain design systems
• Collaborate closely with designers, photographers, videographers, and marketing team members

Qualifications + Skills

• At least 2 years of professional design experience after graduation
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual judgment and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Someone who takes ownership of their work and values execution
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to continuously improve

This is a full-time, in-person position with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Occasional Saturday availability may be required for photoshoots, content productions, and special projects.
