Patient Navigator Advocate (PNA)

Mid Cities Psychiatry is seeking compassionate, driven, and professional individuals to join our team as a Patient Navigator Advocate (PNA). This is a vital patient-facing role focused on helping individuals access life-changing mental health treatments while ensuring a positive and seamless patient experience.

As a Patient Navigator Advocate, you will serve as a trusted guide throughout the patient's care journey. You will educate prospective and existing patients on treatment options, facilitate referrals, coordinate care, and support individuals as they navigate services including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Esketamine, and Ketamine therapies.

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about mental health, excel at building relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing patients.
  • Guide patients through the referral, consultation, and treatment process.
  • Educate patients on available treatment options and services.
  • Conduct patient outreach and follow-up communications.
  • Coordinate scheduling and ensure continuity of care.
  • Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to support patient needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation within EMR systems.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Mid Cities Psychiatry professionally.
  • Support clinic growth initiatives through patient engagement and relationship building.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, patient advocacy, or a related field.
  • Candidates with 1–3 years of prior Patient Navigator Advocate (PNA) experience will be given preference.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Experience using EMR/EHR systems preferred.
  • Comfortable managing data, documentation, and multiple software platforms.
