Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Pay Rate: $28.85 to $29.13 per hour
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or Business required

As a Program Analyst, you will...
Coordinate all program outcome databases and Electronic Health Record related tasks.
Duties include:
- Ensures client information, enrollment, disenrollment, eligibility information, outcome data, billing, diagnosis reconciliation, and other pertinent information is inputted within specified time limits.
- Maintains detailed records of Statement of Work compliance and tracks outcome measures to monitor program goals.
- Performs data validation and quality control checks.
- Performs tasks according to established guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Oversees data collection, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Utilizes data sources to identify programmatic needs and or compliance.
- Provides data management and analysis of outcome measures and other Statement of Work measures.
- Provides collaboration with program management on system improvements.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the manager. Â Seeks advice or assistance, if needed, on assignments.
Additional Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience of data analytics, input/output and responsibility for related data integrity and analysis preferred
- Demonstrated strong communication, analytical, critical-thinking, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work with minimum supervision, set work priorities, and function as a self-starter.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential
- A valid California driver’s license in good standing and eligibility to be an approved CRF driver is required to fulfill the essential functions of this position. In addition, proof of insurance is required prior to driving personal vehicles on company business.
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office; intermediate Excel skills required.
- Ability to pass criminal/background clearance

Our Intensive Mobile Psychosocial Assertive Community Treatment (Downtown IMPACT, IMPACT, Senior IMPACT, and South Bay IMPACT) programs provide intensive, community-based case management services for homeless adults throughout San Diego County. We deliver fully-integrated services to clients diagnosed with a serious mental illness, as well as individuals with co-occurring, mental health, and substance disorders.
Our program utilizes the evidence-based practice of Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) to support our clients in the higher level of community care and to assist them in reaching their goals and living a life that is not dominated by mental illness. Our team is a model of care, providing treatment, rehabilitation, and case management supports.
