We are a small, family-owned and operated sales company looking for a reliable part-time team member to support our office in Columbia, SC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Accounts Receivable: Track outstanding invoices, follow up with customers, and ensure payments are received correctly and on time.
  • Navigate customer web purchasing portals for order and invoice information.
  • Assist with general office tasks including shipment tracking and status updates.
  • Provide backup assistance with basic accounting and Accounts Payable.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Comfortable navigating online customer portals and systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic accounting knowledge or willingness to learn.
  • Reliable, positive attitude, and ability to work independently.
