Finance Specialist

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a well-established organization in Manchester, NH that is seeking a Finance Specialist to join their team. This position plays a key role within the Finance department, supporting accounts receivable, billing, accounts payable, and cash receipt functions while working closely with attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities Include

• Support accounts receivable, billing, and accounts payable functions across the firm
• Process and accurately log cash receipts and payment activity
• Work directly with internal team members to establish and maintain billing and collections workflows
• Communicate with clients regarding billing, payment, and account-related inquiries
• Maintain detailed notes and documentation to support billing and collection efforts
• Provide backup coverage for Billing, AR, AP, and Escrow functions during vacations and remote work schedules
• Assist with finance department projects and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Billing, or related finance functions
• Experience processing and tracking cash receipts
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and note-taking abilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation is up to $62k DOE. This position is 100% onsite in Manchester, NH.
