Start date of training class – August 24th, 2026

Rate Range: $16-$18/hr W2 Pay rates (Depends on Customer Service experience)

Training period: Tentatively from Aug 24th -Nov 6th: Aiming for 10 weeks training period

Locations: Fort Smith, Little Rock or NW Arkansas, (Fayetteville area)

Job description

  1. Customer Service-related Experience
  2. Excellent communication and aptitude to solve problems
  3. Ability to work from home and have a home internet set up with required Mbps internet speed to handle calls.
  4. Excellent MS office skills
  5. Should be familiar working on applications (data entry)
  6. Bachelor’s degree, Bilingual (Spanish) speakers are a huge plus
