About the Role
Job Title: Product Safety and Quality Advisor Senior
Location: Seattle, WA
Key Responsibilities
- Support packaging innovation projects by identifying product safety and quality risks.
- Partner with R&D and Packaging teams to evaluate new materials, designs, and technologies.
- Provide quality oversight during pilot runs, scale-ups, and product commercialization.
- Lead supplier onboarding, qualification, risk assessments, and quality audits.
- Review supplier quality systems, certifications, manufacturing processes, and readiness.
- Assess process capability, validation activities, and control plans (Cp/Cpk).
- Manage Product Safety Review (PSR) documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate safety, quality, and traceability records.
- Collaborate with R&D, Innovation, Packaging Development, and Supplier FSQ teams.
- Review testing results, development samples, and qualification data.
- Participate in supplier meetings to align on specifications, testing, and project milestones.
- Act as a quality advisor, balancing innovation speed with product safety and quality standards.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $90000- $110000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
