Position Summary
Pro Pac / Qual Pac is seeking a driven, consultative National Accounts Sales Representative to grow our packaging materials business and expand adoption of our value-added services — including in-house kitting, co-packing, fulfillment, and packaging automation — across a portfolio of national and regional accounts. This is a true dual-revenue role: you will sell packaging materials and solutions (corrugated, flexible, stretch, protective, and specialty) alongside our contract services, positioning Pro Pac as a single-source partner across the supply chain.
The ideal candidate understands both the packaging buyer’s language and the operations side of co-packing and fulfillment — able to walk a warehouse floor with a plant manager and present a kitting program ROI to a VP of Supply Chain in the same day. This is a hunter-and-farmer role with significant upside for the right person.
What You’ll Sell
Packaging Materials
- Corrugated boxes, mailers, pads, and custom-designed structures
- Stretch film, shrink film, bundling film, and pallet wrap
- Flexible packaging: rollstock, pouches, bags (HFFS/VFFS), and pre-made formats
- Protective packaging: foam, air pillows, bubble, void fill, cushioning
- Tape, strapping, staples, and closure systems
- Custom-printed and branded packaging for retail, club, and e-commerce
- Sustainable and PCR-content alternatives across all categories
Value-Added Services
- In-house kitting: assembly, bundling, component staging, gift sets, club packs
- Co-packing: contract packaging, rework, repack, and retail-ready configuration
- Fulfillment: pick/pack/ship, inventory management, club store program support
- Packaging automation: equipment sales and integration (case erectors, sealers, stretch wrappers, conveyors, shrink systems)
- Club store programs: Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s-ready item development and production
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Prospecting
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan targeting national and regional accounts in food & beverage, health/beauty/wellness, e-commerce, snack, pet food, alcohol, and light industrial verticals

Account Management & Growth
- Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned national and regional accounts through regular contact cadence, QBRs, and strategic account planning
- Develop multi-level relationships within accounts to expand Pro Pac’s footprint beyond a single buyer or department
- Uncover cross-sell opportunities: packaging materials customers who can benefit from kitting or co-packing services, and services customers who can consolidate packaging spend through Pro Pac
- Protect and grow existing revenue while expanding share-of-wallet within assigned accounts
Consultative Selling & Solution Design
- Conduct discovery calls and facility walkthroughs to understand customer production environments, packaging needs, and operational pain points
- Develop packaging recommendations with appropriate materials, structures, and closures based on product type, distribution channel, and sustainability requirements
- Partner with internal operations teams in Dallas, Houston, Grand Prairie, San Antonio, and other Texas markets to scope and quote fulfillment programs
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals, RFQ responses, and executive presentations
Club Store & Retail Channel Support
- Support customers pursuing Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s, Target, and Walmart packaging and program requirements
