As a Supply Chain Analyst II, you will turn data from across the organization into actionable insights that support effective decision-making. You’ll partner with teams across logistics, planning, transportation, procurement, asset management, customer solutions, and operations.
What You'll Do
- Create and analyze reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor business performance and support execution.
- Analyze costs and operational performance, identify root causes, and develop clear recommendations.
- Design and implement analytical tools and business solutions that support supply chain and logistics functions.
- Maintain data integrity through data mining, modeling, and analysis.
- Identify gaps in current data practices and help develop solutions to improve data quality and accessibility.
- Develop and maintain cost estimates, forecasts, and cost models.
- Support annual budgeting by analyzing relevant microeconomic and macroeconomic trends.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities related to network optimization, freight initiatives, and supply chain improvements.
- Perform ad hoc queries and maintain reports using data from multiple sources.
- Support additional supply chain projects and initiatives as needed.
What We Are Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related analytical role.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, logistics, or a related field.
- Advanced experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, and Microsoft Access.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Visio.
- Experience with Six Sigma or other continuous-improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, forecasts, cost models, and business recommendations.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to communicate and present effectively to employees at all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work through ambiguity and change.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and support several business functions simultaneously.

Work Schedule
- Hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA
- Onsite Tuesday–Thursday; remote Monday and Friday
- Company-paid parking
Regular, in-office presence is necessary and essential to effective team collaboration, engagement, and relationship-building. Hybrid and remote work schedules typically consist of nine hours per day, five days per week, with a 60-minute lunch break. Business needs may require occasional work outside standard hours, including on-site attendance as needed to support team and operational requirements.
