The Quick Service Restaurants, (QSR) Culinary Person, in our Quick Service Restaurants, provide food and beverage to Guests throughout our Theme Parks in a fast-paced environment, interacting with Guests every day by sharing information, answering questions and providing great Guest Service.
Responsibilities
QSR Culinary Cast Members support food and beverage operations by delivering fast, friendly service while maintaining strong standards for quality, safety, and cleanliness. Responsibilities may include:
- Greeting Guests, answering questions, sharing location/event information, and providing excellent Guest service
- Taking orders using a register or tablet, processing payments, and accurately counting back change (when assigned to cashier/POS)
- Preparing and assembling food and beverage orders to recipe, portion, and presentation standards
- Maintaining food quality and freshness while following food safety, sanitation, and temperature guidelines (including HACCP practices)
- Restocking, cleaning, and maintaining work areas and service lines to support smooth operations
- Rotating between positions based on operational need (ex: Greeter, Runner, Food Assembly, Dish-up/Presenter, Beverage Pourer, and other assigned QSR roles)
- Supporting mobile order fulfillment and, where applicable, verifying ID for alcoholic beverage service in approved roles (21+)
Cast Members in Parks Food & Beverage will work a variety of locations based on operational and scheduling needs.
Basic Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-volume environment
- Comfortable with frequent Guest interaction, including answering questions, providing directions, and resolving basic Guest situations
- Ability to multitask while maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality under pressure
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent standards
- Knowledge and understanding of food safety and sanitation practices (including temperature requirements)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of indoor and outdoor locations and rotate across assignments based on operational needs
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized work area through restocking and routine cleaning
- Comfortable working with cleaning supplies/chemicals and wearing required PPE (ex: vinyl or nitrile gloves when handling food product)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or quick service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Previous cash handling experience in a high-volume setting
- Familiarity with food safety, sanitation, and quality standards in food & beverage operations

SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY
Our Theme Parks operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles
