Moog’s Corporate Group is hiring an Apprentice & STEM Program Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team.

As the Apprentice & STEM Program Specialist, you will execute and administer apprenticeship, pre-apprenticeship, and STEM pipeline programs that develop skilled trades, technician, and engineering talent. You will ensure program quality, progression, and compliance while delivering structured, high-impact development experiences aligned to business skill needs.

You will work a hybrid schedule at out facility in East Aurora, New York.

To be considered for the Apprentice & STEM Program Specialist role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Over three (3) years in workforce development, apprenticeship programs, education, or talent acquisition.

  • Experience working with technical or skilled trades populations preferred.

  • Strong program coordination and stakeholder management skills.

As the Apprentice & STEM Program Specialist, you will:

  • Execute day-to-day execution of apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship programs, including scheduling, participant tracking, and program milestones.

  • Support curriculum alignment and program structure to ensure training pathways reflect evolving technical skill requirements and business needs.

  • Manage apprentice and participant lifecycle processes, including onboarding, rotations, progression tracking, and completion milestones.

  • Ensure compliance with apprenticeship standards and regulatory requirements, maintain accurate documentation and audit readiness.

  • Execute STEM development programs and experiences, including internal mentoring, project-based learning, and structured skill-building initiatives.

  • Track and report on program performance metrics, including progression, completion, retention, and readiness for full-time placement.

  • Partner and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of program delivery with workforce needs, supporting seamless transition from training programs into operational roles.

Salary Range Transparency

Buffalo, NY $70,000.00–$90,000.00 Annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
