Project Consultant

JM Inc.

Job Summary

JM Inc. is looking for a driven Project Consultant who can build relationships, solve problems, and close deals.

This is not an order-taker position. We are looking for someone who can walk into a homeowner's living room, earn trust, uncover needs, present solutions, and confidently ask for the sale.

The right person is competitive, organized, accountable, and motivated by results. They don't wait for opportunities, they create them. They follow through on commitments, communicate clearly, and take ownership of their pipeline from first meeting to signed contract.

If you need constant supervision, this is not the position for you. If you thrive on winning, serving clients, and being rewarded for performance, we want to talk.

· Achieve and exceed sales goals.

· Take ownership of your results.
