Job Title: Physician Assistant (PA-C) – Hourly/full time -- Rotating Between Clinics

Locations: Keller, TX/North Richland Hills, TX/Coppell, TX/Justin, TX (future 2027)

Clinics are open Monday-Friday 7:30am-6pm and Saturdays 8:30am-11:30am

North Hills Family Medicine is a well-established, privately-owned family medicine practice proudly serving the communities of Keller, North Richland Hills and Coppell, TX. We are currently seeking an hourly Physician Assistant to join our dedicated team and float between our clinics depending on the need.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: TBD/negotiable
  • Setting: Outpatient only – no inpatient or hospital rounds -- with onsite x-ray and lab in office
  • Team: Supportive collaboration with board-certified family physicians, experienced nursing staff, and administrative support

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide full-spectrum primary care for patients of all ages
  • Perform physical exams, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostic tests
  • Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
  • Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and chronic disease management
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation using EMR (Athena)
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and team members to ensure quality patient care

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Current Texas PA license and NCCPA certification
  • DEA license (or ability to obtain)
  • BLS (required)
  • Prior experience in family medicine or primary care preferred – open to well-qualified new graduates
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable with managing a wide range of conditions independently, with physician support available
  • Comfortable performing simple in-office procedures such as laceration repair, I&Ds, skin biopsies, etc
