Sr. Director of CAMs

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Director of Operations / CAM (Community Association Manager) to join our client’s team in Kissimmee, Florida. This is an Onsite Direct Hire position.

SALARY: $135,000-$140,000 base plus bonus (depending on experience)

Requirements

• 5+ years of property management leadership experience within the Florida community association management (CAM) industry
• Proven operational leadership experience overseeing property management teams and client service functions.
• Experience managing board relationships, escalated client matters, and multi-community portfolios
• Active Florida CAM License (LCAM) preferred

Responsibilities

• Travel to managed communities, board meetings, and company events as needed in Central Florida
• Hire, train, and develop direct reports
• Manage a multi-community customer portfolio effectively
