⁃ Manage and release basic orders, and track daily for monthly reporting
⁃ Work with Demand Planning to assess OOS's, and manage Retailer communication
⁃ Access SAP to track orders placed and shipped to assist Key Account Manager to adjust monthly sales forecast accordingly
⁃ Liaise regularly with Order Management and Warehouse to manage orders Sales Administration
⁃ Ensure changes from brand marketing calendar and shipping plans are updated and consistent across all spreadsheets, advise relevant parties when changes are made
⁃ Work with marketing teams, retailers and warehouse on changes to delivery dates/quantities for new/promotional products. Ensure action/communication to all involved/affected by changes
⁃ Each month monitor SOH reports to identify significant over and under stocks.
⁃ Assist with reporting documents
⁃ Provide assistance in administration tasks when requested Field Support
⁃ Be the "point of contact" for field teams and POS for major stock ordering/supply problems, and administration support.
⁃ Prepare the tracking and communication of trade and promotional activity planning to Demand Planning/Customer Service/Brand Marketing to ensure key moment and anniversary planning
⁃ Prepare key data analysis across Brands/Channels for trends, risks and opportunities to drive sales improvement and productivity (including monthly sales budgeting and people across the Affiliate)
⁃ Work with brand teams and retailers to ensure basic/promotional/limited life product orders quantification by store group/store is reviewed and aligned to store sales trends to optimize retail sales and minimize returns.
⁃ From time to time the need may arise for additional commentary or analysis of a particular brand, channel or category as required.
Qualifications
Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of professional experience in account management, wholesale, or retail management—ideally within the beauty, luxury, or consumer goods sectors.
Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in evaluating sales reports, P&L, and inventory data, along with expert-level skills in MS Excel and Power Point & SAP.
Agility & Travel: Able to travel when needed and the ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced travel retail environment.
Communication: Exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills, multilingual abilities (Spanish is a plus)
Pay Range
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 to $97,000.00 . Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
