DC Pines Roofing is seeking a Digital Marketing & Brand Manager to oversee the company's overall digital presence and marketing strategy. This individual will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, supporting recruiting initiatives, managing social media and content creation, strengthening brand awareness, and executing digital advertising campaigns that generate measurable results. The ideal candidate understands how to build a cohesive brand across all online platforms while creating marketing initiatives that attract both customers and top talent

We're looking for someone who understands modern marketing, stays current with industry trends, and can combine creativity with analytics to produce measurable business results.

This is not a role for someone who simply schedules social media posts. We are looking for a marketing professional who understands how to create content, generate leads, build brand awareness, and turn marketing efforts into revenue and growth.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns designed to generate qualified homeowner leads
  • Manage paid advertising efforts across Google, Meta, Local Services Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
  • Improve lead quality, appointment volume, and overall marketing ROI
  • Work closely with Sales and Coordinations teams to optimize lead conversion and appointment-setting performance
  • Track campaign performance and continuously improve results through testing and optimization

Brand Development & Social Media

  • Develop and execute the company's overall brand strategy
  • Manage all company social media platforms
  • Create, coordinate, and publish content that supports both customer acquisition and recruiting efforts
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials
  • Grow brand awareness and community engagement throughout the Houston market

Content Creation

  • Capture content in the field, office, events, and job sites
  • Create videos, reels, photos, graphics, blogs, and marketing assets
  • Coordinate employee spotlights, customer stories, project highlights, recruiting campaigns, and company culture content
  • Maintain a consistent content calendar and publishing schedule

Recruiting Marketing

  • Support recruiting efforts through targeted marketing campaigns
  • Create content that attracts high-performing sales, operations, and administrative talent
  • Strengthen DC Pines' employer brand and online reputation
  • Partner with Recruiting and Leadership to support hiring initiatives

SEO & Website Growth

  • Manage website content and optimization efforts
  • Develop SEO strategies that improve rankings and organic traffic
  • Create blogs, landing pages, and website content designed to increase visibility and conversions
  • Monitor website performance and conversion metrics

Analytics & Performance

  • Track key marketing metrics including:
    • Cost Per Lead
    • Cost Per Appointment
    • Lead Volume
    • Conversion Rates
    • Applicant Volume
    • Cost Per Applicant
    • Website Traffic
    • Search Rankings
    • Marketing ROI
    • Provide regular reporting and recommendations to leadership

Preferred Experience

  • Experience generating leads for high-ticket services
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms
  • Experience supporting recruiting marketing initiatives
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications
  • 2+ years of professional marketing experience
  • Proven track record of generating measurable business results through digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
  • Experience creating video, photo, graphic, and written content
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and lead generation strategies
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
