Position Name: Clinical Review Nurse (LPN or RN)
Location: Fresno, CA (Onsite)
Employment Type: Direct-Hire & Permanent
Setting: Managed Care/Health Plan
Pay: $32-$45 to start (based on education, experience, credentials, etc.)
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm | Full-Time | No Weekends
Qualifications
- Active California LVN or RN license.
- Minimum 2+ years of administrative clinical healthcare experience.
- Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Excel and data entry/database systems.
- Ability to review, interpret, and analyze clinical or operational healthcare data with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and written communication skills.
- Understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical documentation, or utilization management processes.
- Experience in managed care, health plan, outpatient, clinic, FQHC, or administrative healthcare settings.
- Exposure to quality improvement, compliance, audits, prior authorization, or utilization review processes.
- Familiarity with Appeals & Grievances (A&G), regulatory reporting, or healthcare data tracking systems.
Job Summary
- Review and analyze clinical and operational case data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Enter, maintain, reconcile, and validate data within internal tracking databases and reporting systems.
- Assist with audits, file reviews, and reporting preparation across multiple healthcare operational functions.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and data findings for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support quality and process improvement initiatives.
