Intern - LegalSummary
The Legal Intern provides support to the legal team by assisting with contract review, legal research, and administrative tasks. This role offers exposure to corporate legal and compliance functions.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the tracking and prioritization of legal requests from internal and external requestors
- Assist with reviewing and organizing contracts and legal documents
- Assist with testing legal system automation projects
- Conduct legal and regulatory research
- Support preparation of summaries, reports, and correspondence
- Help maintain contract and compliance records in internal systems (e.g., SharePoint, Teams) to ensure audit readiness
- Support development and updating of templates (i.e., NDAs, SOWs, solicitation responses)
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information for legal and compliance reviews
- Provide general administrative support
