As we continue to grow internationally, we are looking for a Head of Production to lead our production operations from our London office, overseeing projects across the UK and Europe in close collaboration with our French team.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, and highly organized Head of Production to lead and scale our production capabilities across the UK and European markets.

Reporting directly to the leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of print and digital campaigns from finishing to delivery. You will build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, production partners, and internal teams while driving operational excellence and profitability.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys turning ambitious ideas into flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-lead (with our Head of Finishing) all production activities across the UK and European markets.
• Collaborate closely with the French production team and client teams to ensure seamless cross-market delivery.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, staffing, risk management, and execution.
• Build and manage a network of finishers, production partners, freelancers, vendors, and suppliers across Europe.
• Ensure productions are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standards.
• Develop scalable production processes and operational best practices.
• Manage production budgets and profitability across projects.
• Support business development teams during pitches and proposals by providing production expertise and cost estimates.
• Lead, mentor, and grow production talent within the agency.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in production leadership within an agency, production company, creative studio, or integrated communications environment.
• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-market campaigns and productions.
• Strong understanding of print production, brand campaigns, and integrated marketing projects.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing significant production budgets.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively across international teams and cultures.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English required; French is a strong plus. Spanish is a plus : )
