Freelance Experience Producer

Future Colossal is looking for freelance Experience Producers to support upcoming immersive installations, interactive experiences, and live event activations. We have immediate project needs, so current availability is prioritized, but we’re always happy to connect with any Producers interested in future freelance opportunities.

Requirements

Qualified applicants should have proven experience producing live events, experiential activations, software development, or physical/digital installations from planning through onsite execution. This role is best suited for someone who is highly organized, client-aware, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts. Ideal candidates should be able to step into a project quickly, understand creative and production needs, and collaborate confidently with creative, technical, fabrication, vendor, and production teams.

Relevant experience should include one or more of the following:

• Live event production
• Experiential / brand activation production
• Technical production coordination
• Fabrication project management
• Owner representation / onsite production oversight
• Client / account management
