Program Manager III – Retail Operations & Vendor Management

Location: Frisco, TX Or Bellevue, WA

Contract: Long-Term (Through February 2027)

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a large-scale retail operations program focused on vendor management, inventory control, operational launches, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project/program management experience and a proven ability to drive cross-functional execution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end program planning, execution, and quarterly launches

Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and track deliverables

Oversee inventory management processes and implement operational controls

Partner with vendors and suppliers to ensure contract compliance and quality standards

Monitor program performance, identify risks, and drive issue resolution

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience

Support process improvements and establish best practices across programs

Provide executive-level reporting, metrics, and status updates

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

4–7 years of Program Management, Project Management, Operations, or related experience

Strong vendor and contract management experience

Experience with inventory management, forecasting, and operational processes

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools

Preferred

Retail operations or supply chain experience

Procurement, merchandising, or inventory program management background

Experience managing budgets and operational KPIs
