St. Patrick Catholic School is an educational ministry of St. Patrick Catholic Parish in Pasco, Washington. Founded in 1951, the school has served families throughout the Tri-Cities region for more than seventy years. Rooted in Catholic faith and committed to academic excellence, St. Patrick Catholic School forms students to become leaders of faith, character, and service. The school serves students from Half-Day Pre-K through 8th Grade, including Full-Day Kindergarten, and is home to the only Catholic Dual Language Program in Eastern Washington, providing instruction in both English and Spanish within a faith-filled environment.

Qualifications

· Be a practicing Catholic who knows, understands, and practices the Catholic faith and has a passion for Catholic education.

· Engage in a regular and active personal prayer life.

· Have a current Washington State Administrative Certification (or equivalent), or be in the process of obtaining such credentials.

· Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Support, lead, and mentor faculty and staff.

· Be a visionary leader who promotes faith formation and evangelization.

· Foster professional learning communities and collaboration.

· Possess development and marketing skills to maintain healthy enrollment.

· Have strong knowledge of school finances and budgeting.

· Work closely with the Pastor, Parish leadership, and the Diocese of Spokane.

· Promote faith formation, extracurricular activities, and a welcoming environment.

· Demonstrate fairness and consistency in student accountability and discipline.

· Experience leading or supporting dual-language and culturally diverse educational programs is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $107,000–$131,890 DOE

Offered salary is based on diocesan-wide pay for certain position, internal equity, market data, applicant's skills and relevant experience, degrees and certifications.

This position receives a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, life and long-term disability insurance, 401(k) and 403(b), state-paid medical and family leave, and sick leave.
