About the Role
As a CBRE Sr. Facilities Coordinator, you’ll play a key role insupporting one of our clients in the financial services sector. This positionis based onsite at the client’s downtown Boston location and supportsapproximately 500,000 square feet of office space.
As part of our Facilities Management team, you’ll partner closely with clients,landlords, property managers, vendors, and contractors to ensure facilityrequests, maintenance activities, and complex work orders are coordinated andcompleted efficiently. You’ll help maintain strong building relationships,facilitate communication among stakeholders, and support seamless day-to-dayoperations while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced,high-profile environment.

What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary communication link between theclient/landlord and various vendors, responding promptly to inquiries andensuring timely, high‑quality service delivery.
Schedule and coordinate repairs with vendors or techniciansbased on work order requests.
Manage the vendor invoice process, including receipt,verification, issue resolution, and coordination with finance for timelypayment.
Analyze data from work order reports to assess vendorperformance, completion timelines, and overall progress.
Maintain accurate documentation, including work orders,proposals, department files, and vendor‑submitted paperwork.
Coordinate office and parking space allocations to supportbusiness needs.
Prepare and deliver presentations to internal departmentsand large groups of employees.
Identify and resolve both routine and non‑routine issueswithin the work area independently, using established procedures.
Evaluate options and select appropriate solutions frompredefined guidelines.
Contribute to team success through the accuracy, quality,and timeliness of services and information provided.
Follow standardized processes while receiving moderatesupervision and guidance as needed.
What You’ll Need
High School Diploma or GED with 2-5years of job‑related experience.
Experience using a ComputerizedMaintenance Management System (CMMS) is required.
Basic financial experience,including tracking costs, reviewing invoices, or supporting budget‑relatedtasks.
Ability to follow standard workroutines and procedures.
Strong communication skills for sharing clear, accurate information.
Working knowledge of MicrosoftOffice applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Strong organizational skills with aninquisitive, problem‑solving mindset.
Basic math skills, includingcalculating percentages, discounts, and markups.

Massachusetts Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Facilities Coordinator position is $35.00 hourly and the maximum salary for the Sr. Facilities Coordinator position is $38.46 hourly. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
