Project Manager — Multifamily & Senior Living

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Role Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will drive our senior living and multifamily residential projects from planning to completion. You will lead on-site operations by coordinating subcontractors and vendors while managing budgets, timelines, and strict safety regulations specific to high-density residential construction. Serving as the primary point of contact, you will bridge the gap between the field and stakeholders by maintaining clear, proactive communication with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure high-quality, compliant project delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven Experience: 5 to 10 years of successful track record as a Project Manager or General Contractor, specifically with ground-up multifamily housing, senior living communities, or assisted living facilities.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of modern wood-frame or concrete construction methods, local Oklahoma building codes, ADA compliance, and strict OSHA safety regulations.
• Project Management: Strong ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets, maintain tight production schedules, and run day-to-day operations seamlessly.
• Leadership & Communication: Excellent skills in leading diverse field teams and communicating clearly with clients, local municipalities, architects, and engineers.
• Sustainability (Preferred): Familiarity with green building, energy-efficient HVAC/insulation systems, or sustainable construction practices.
