SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Family Service Manager, the Family Service Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing outreach activities, as well as overseeing a comprehensive maintenance and case management plan for family/child files. This includes ensuring compliance with state regulations, program policies, procedures, and fraud prevention protocols.
